航天器推进系统气液路故障仿真

为了研究和分析航天器推进系统气液路故障的发展变化规律及对整个推进系统性能的影响,在某挤压式航天器推进系统仿真模型的基础上,分别采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型和一维可压缩流模型对气路泄漏和堵塞故障进行动态仿真,采用一维不可压瞬变管流模型与变流量系数模型对液路泄漏和堵塞故障进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:推进系统增压气路堵塞和泄漏故障,会导致增压不足,使推进剂供应管路压强下降;推进剂供应管路堵塞故障和泄漏故障会导致混合比偏离设计值,使推进系统性能降低。两类故障都会引起推力不足,致使系统性能降低。两者的不同之处在于:堵塞故障下,故障组件上游压强高于额定工况,推进剂消耗低于额定工况;泄漏故障下,故障组件上游压强低于额定工况,推进剂消耗高于额定工况。     

Analysis of down times of jib cranes—A stochastic approach

In this paper a case study dealing with the maintenance problem of jib cranes is presented. A jib crane is viewed as a complex system whose performance is observed as a single realization over period of time. After pointing out limitations of existing stochastic models to analyze the observed realization a new family of bivariate stochastic processes is introduced. The data of jib crane is analyzed using new model and cross‐validated using part of the data set. It is noted that the new family of stochastic processes is useful to analyze bivariate data where one of the variables is finitely valued and the other is nonnegative and continuous. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 解析与数值结合的方法及采用子结构法的改进

本文以常微分方程求解器为基础,采用康脱洛维奇法和线法,分别以矩形截面杆的扭转问题和含裂纹的Motz问题为例,对解析与数值结合的方法,进行了初步的研究.特别是在将子结构法引入后,数值结果得到明显的改进.

文章以《史记》实录精神与托愤精神组合为突破口,阐述了实录精神、托愤精神的远源和在史文中的凸显,进一步挖掘二者之间相悖的二元性关系,从而揭示《史记》中所蕴含的这种文化悖论本身的深刻性、美感魅力以及难解的文化之谜。     

耦合杀伤区射击次数与舰艇间距分析

研究了舰艇编队协同防空中满足一阶耦合杀伤区对来袭目标射击次数要求的编队舰舰间距配置问题。依据耦合杀伤区的概念,运用几何三角关系和解析法分析了一阶和二阶耦合杀伤区的纵深计算方法。并对给定杀伤区纵深的单舰和协同舰射击次数进行了研究,给出了射击次数模型及受目标投弹圈影响的耦合杀伤区纵深约束条件。对不同入射舷角的目标、不同速度的导弹类目标和不同高度、速度的飞机类目标3种情况下的射击次数与间距关系进行了仿真,得到了一些有益的结论,对编队近程防空队形的间距配置具有指导意义。     

一种求解飞行器廓线间断处超音速复杂流场的方法

用有限体积法求解三维完全气体的Ｎａｖｉｅｒ－Ｓｔｏｋｅｓ方程,并将通量守恒的分区计算方法和Ｂ－Ｌ湍流模型修正结合在一起,捕捉到了间断处的分离涡、激波、膨胀波等流场信息     

How not to pay for the war

As a result of allied subsidy and the influence of sunk costs, the marginal cost of the Gulf War to the US was reduced to negligible size. This result is at variance with the Olson‐Zeckhauser thesis that in an alliance “the small exploit the large.” A game theoretic alternative explanation suggests that the relation between allies resembles the game of Chicken, successfully played by the US. The ability to shift the marginal costs of war in the short term raises questions about the possible underestimation of long term effects.     

Multivariate meta analysis with potentially correlated marketing study results

A univariate meta analysis is often used to summarize various study results on the same research hypothesis concerning an effect of interest. When several marketing studies produce sets of more than one effect, multivariate meta analysis can be conducted. Problems one might have with such a multivariate meta analysis are: (1) Several effects estimated in one model could be correlated to each other but their correlation is seldom published and (2) an estimated effect in one model could be correlated to the corresponding effect in the other model due to similar model specification or the data set partly shared, but their correlation is not known. Situations like (2) happen often in military recruiting studies. We employ a Monte‐Carlo simulation to evaluate how neglecting such potential correlation affects the result of a multivariate meta analysis in terms of Type I, Type II errors, and MSE. Simulation results indicate that such effect is not significant. What matters is rather the size of the variance component due to random error in multivariate effects. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 由于军队的纪律性与服从性，使得军队的院校教育模式多了一层神秘感。在军队院校中，师生之间如何互动，才能达到理想的教学效果，成了近年来研究的热点。军队院校中，教师的权威固然不可缺少，但是民主的氛围同样可以遍及课堂。权威与民主，两者并非对立。权威与民主并存，应该成为现今军队院校教育中师生互动的理想模式。     

和谐警民关系构建过程中的不良因素规避

构建和谐警民关系在当前公安工作中具有全局性意义。在和谐社会建设正成为时代精神精华的背景下，和谐警民关系的构建不仅具有历史逻辑的可能性，而且具有改善社会关系、化解各种矛盾、维护社会公平正义、全面促进社会和谐的根本意义和现实需求。面对队伍建设的新情况、新局面，和谐警民关系的构建应立足现状，分析局面，寻求对策，以利公安工作和队伍建设再上新台阶。
